1. Services Provided
Colorado Cleanup Services offers restoration, cleanup, and related services. The scope of work and pricing will be detailed in individual service agreements, estimates or contracts.
2. Payments & Billing
a. A deposit is due upon the start of the job and payment in full is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
b. Late payments may be subject to additional fees.
c. We accept various payment methods, as specified in your service agreement.
3. Cancellations & Rescheduling
a. Clients may cancel or reschedule services by providing at least 24 hours’ notice.
b. Cancellations within 24 hours may be subject to a cancellation fee.
c. Colorado Cleanup Services reserves the right to cancel or reschedule services due to unforeseen circumstances.
4. Liability & Limitation of Damages
a. Colorado Cleanup Services will perform all services with reasonable care and professionalism.
b. We are not responsible for pre-existing damages or issues beyond our control.
c. Our liability is limited to the cost of the services provided.
5. Warranties & Disclaimers
a. We do not guarantee that all damages can be fully restored.
b. Services are provided “as is” without warranties beyond those explicitly stated in the service agreement.
6. Customer Responsibilities
a. Clients must provide safe access to the service location.
b. Clients are responsible for securing valuables and notifying us of any special instructions.
7. Privacy Policy

8. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado.
9. Changes to Terms
Colorado Cleanup Services reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to our website.
10. Clients & Candidates opt-in for SMS from Colorado Cleanup Services via a website form or verbally at our location.
