I had CCS do the mitigation for water damage and then had them do the rebuild. I worked with Wesley, Eric, Ryan, Bryan and Jose. I have never gone through anything like this before and I needed hand holding so things were a bit bumpy in the beginning but the team quickly turned that around and has been wonderful to work with since. Ryan has been a huge help dealing with my insurance company and then Bryan and his contractor, Jose, came in and got the work done AHEAD of schedule. I didn't think that existed but Bryan and Jose were communicative, thorough, and fast- I was very impressed and super appreciative. This team came out the same day following the repair of the sump pump valve that failed. They’ve been attentive and diligent in remediating the damage and explaining the process to me. Besides some issues with the pack out and pack back in crew requiring wall repair and stair touch up, they did well. I had a positive experience working with Bryan during my project. He was professional and helped oversee the project through completion. I appreciate the work he contributed throughout the process.

I would also like to recognize Ron, who became the unsung manager of my project. He took the time to closely review the work and ensure the finished product met my insurance company’s quality standards. I especially appreciated his attention to the baseboards. Although the original insurance scope called for the existing baseboards to be reinstalled and repainted, Ron made sure I received brand-new baseboards that were properly installed and finished.
